In the four quarter of 2025, HVC continuously recorded positive signals by successfully signing many high-value general contractor packages at large-scale projects nationwide. Simultaneously, the company also focused its resources and accelerated construction implementation at key projects, aiming for on-time completion, meeting quality standards, and being ready for handover to investors for use.
CNCTech Glory
After handing over workshops I19-1 and I19-4, HVC focused on constructing workshops I19-2 and I19-3. Both workshops are designed with three floors and a total floor area of up to 15,000m2.

Reports from the construction site indicate that the installation of the structural framework for the two factory buildings is currently about 30% complete.
CNCTech Dream
Immediately after signing a series of additional contracts for the construction of industrial workshops at CNCTech Dream, HVC received the site from the investor and is proceeding with the erection of the structural framework. The erection work is expected to reach approximately 20% completion by the end of December 2025.

According to the signed contract, HVC is responsible for installing the air conditioning and compressed air systems (mechanical components) for the factory.
Recently, HVC has been constructing the first floor of the factory; the second and third floors of the expert housing and auxiliary areas. However, due to dependence on the construction contractor for the site, HVC still has about 8% of the work yet to be started. It is expected that HVC will complete 100% of the work and hand it over to the investor by the end of January 2026.

Happy Home Trang Cat Social Housing
As previously reported, HVC is the general contractor for Vingroup's project in Hai Phong, constructing five nine-story buildings. In addition, HVC is also undertaking the electrical and mechanical work for the shared basement of buildings P26-P27 and the internal landscaping of seven buildings.

Sun Urban City Ha Nam
Besides the general contract for the construction of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in Zone 2 of the Modern and Innovative Urban Area, HVC was also assigned by the investor to undertake the lighting package for the 150m and 68m roads; and the rainwater drainage package in Zone 3.

By the end of Q4, the 150m and 68m wide roads were 98% complete and were in the final stages of completion. They are expected to be handed over and put into operation by February 2026.

Currently, the electromechanical infrastructure in zone 2 is 20% complete. The rainwater drainage system in zone 3 is approximately 90% complete and is in the final stages of completion and handover.

Blanca City Vung Tau
HVC Group is the supplier and installer of the electromechanical systems for the water park at Blanca City Vung Tau.
For the 7 games in Complex 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 13 and Complex 18.2, HVC has completed approximately 87% of the overall project. The landscape canal construction is 15% complete, and the electromechanical works in the technical room, substation, and pump room are 40% finished.

At this time, HVC is working closely with the investor and relevant contractors, actively participating in the "25-Day Campaign to Complete the Water Park Project," with the goal of completing all items by January 25, 2026, conducting trial runs, acceptance testing, and handing over to the investor, ready to launch the project before the Lunar New Year.

At the project of investor BIM Group, HVC is simultaneously implementing two contract packages, including: Construction of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure package and the lazy river water supply technology package.
HVC is installing the landscape lighting system in Zone 1
With its general electrical and mechanical infrastructure contract, HVC has completed the installation of HDPE electrical conduit for the landscape lighting system of the model route in Zone 1.

The Manor Lao Cai
At The Manor Lao Cai, HVC Group is completing the mechanical and electrical systems for the shopping center, including the main tasks of: power supply, water supply and drainage, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

Over the past period, HVC has been rapidly implementing the installation work and has completed approximately 95%. HVC is currently in the process of completing the remaining tasks to hand over the project to the investor for use before the Lunar New Year 2026.

HVC is the general contractor for the design and construction of the entire swimming pool system for the project. At Tower A, HVC has completed the installation of the technological piping around the pool leading to the machine room for Penhouse 1 and 2 swimming pools.

At Tower B, HVC has also completed the installation of the process piping around the pool leading to the machine room for Penhouse Pools 1 and 2, and finalized the process piping around the pool for Penhouse Pools 3 and 4.

HVC has also completed the wiring, installation of recessed lighting fixtures, and the installation of the large pool bottom drain frame leading to the machine room for the infinity pool on the 5th floor.
Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay
As of the end of Q4/2025, HVC is completing the construction of the PV swimming pool for the presidential suite, the WF23 ornamental pool, and the WF10F ornamental pool. Currently, all three pools and the ornamental pool have had their machine rooms and technological piping installed and are awaiting cleaning, filling with water, and trial operation.

In Q4, HVC handed over to the investor for operation the Kodani Onsen Japanese Village Koi pond and other facilities such as: swimming pool, jacuzzi, Koi pond, and hot mineral water at the Kim Lien Royal area.

During this period, HVC was awarded an additional contract: "Installation of swimming pool and hot mineral water supply systems for 12 villas in the De Lien area." To date, construction is in phase 1, which involves the placement of equipment.

Here, HVC is the general contractor for the MEP (mechanical and electrical) system package "Supply and installation of MEP systems for the D4 Dormitory and D5 Commercial and Service Staff Housing Project under the Phenikaa University Construction Project".
Recently, HVC received a model apartment from the investor at the D4 dormitory building, and is currently installing the underground piping for the electrical and plumbing systems.

Eurowindow Light City Thanh Hoa
HVC Group is the general contractor for the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of the entire project. According to reports from the construction site, HVC is coordinating with the construction contractor to install 50% of the streetlights along the North Ma River Boulevard. It is expected that the boulevard will be largely completed by the Lunar New Year.
