Manage all jobs related to the import of goods for the company's business purposes
1 Receive the order form, assign the order to the staff in charge
2 Monitoring the price quotation, price negotiation, negotiating terms and closing foreign trade contracts
3 Check contracts, payment records, customs declaration documents and other relevant documents before sending.
4 Handle jobs arising in the process of importing goods
5 Build a network of partners and maintain partnerships
6 Track and summarize import and export data
7 Tracking payments, liabilities with suppliers
8 Regularly check and complete archive records
9 Prepare weekly reports related to the work to the Board of Directors.
