HVC has entered into a comprehensive agreement with CNCTech for the construction of an industrial facility, underscoring its ability to execute substantial projects

On April 22, 2025, in Hanoi, HVC Group conducted a signing ceremony for the General Contractor contract pertaining to the construction of industrial factories under the CNCTech Glory project in collaboration with CNCTech Group. This event represents a significant milestone in HVC's transition into the realm of General Construction Contracting, while also underscoring the company's capability to execute large-scale projects.

The signing ceremony for the General Contractor contract concerning the construction of industrial factories was conducted with great formality, featuring the participation of the Board of Directors of HVC Group and Mr. Dinh Hung Cuong, Deputy General Director of CNCTech Group.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Dinh Hung Cuong remarked that typically, this significant event would require the complete attendance of the Board of Directors and members of the CNCTech Board. However, they were regrettably absent due to their participation in the "Launching Ceremony of Bac Giang International Logistics Center," where they serve as the primary investor. Consequently, Mr. Cuong was authorized to represent CNCTech in executing the Signing Ceremony of the General Contractor Contract for the construction of industrial factories with HVC Group.

Pursuant to the executed contract, HVC Group will serve as the General Contractor for the construction of industrial factories and technical infrastructure for factories 12, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4 at the CNCTech Glory project, which is financed by CNCTech Group. CNCTech Glory is situated in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc), representing a large-scale factory complex initiated in 2023, encompassing nearly 19 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,338 billion. This project is a pivotal component of CNCTech's strategy to enhance high-tech production in the Northern region.

Accordingly, the four factories managed by HVC Group encompass a construction area of approximately six hectares. HVC will oversee the development of the entire industrial factory system, including mechanical and electrical systems, traffic infrastructure, and various other essential components. In the future, CNCTech Glory will serve as a hub for the production of supporting industrial products and factory rentals, progressively establishing an integrated production ecosystem that addresses the demands of shifting production supply chains, particularly in the electronic components sector.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Dinh Hung Cuong stated that CNCTech Group is a diversified industrial conglomerate, actively engaged in precision mechanical processing, electronic component manufacturing, industrial equipment, and advanced technology.
