HVC Group completed the construction of The Manor Tower and the ATR production plant projects

Recently, HVC Group completed the construction of two important packages at large-scale projects, including: the electrical and mechanical systems for the shopping mall at The Manor Tower Lao Cai and the air conditioning and compressed air system (mechanical part) of the ATR Hai Duong plant. Currently, both packages are being implemented by HVC, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards, and are ready for handover to the investor for operation and exploitation.

The Manor Tower Lao Cai

The Manor Tower is a luxury apartment complex and 5-star hotel located in the heart of Lao Cai City (Lao Cai Province), with a design inspired by the magnificent terraced rice fields of the Northwest mountains.

The project, invested by BB Group, includes an 80,000m2 tower with 25 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, housing a shopping mall, shophouses, luxury apartments, and hotel apartments. The shopping mall, located in the podium from the 1st to the 3rd floor, features upscale restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, and numerous multi-sector retail brands, catering to the shopping, entertainment, and service needs of residents and visitors.

According to the signed contract, HVC is responsible for the complete construction of the mechanical and electrical systems for the shopping mall. Specifically, HVC will construct the water supply and drainage systems for the shops on the first and second floors; the air conditioning system; and the electrical and low-voltage systems for all three floors of the shopping mall.

This is a highly complex project due to its large area, stringent technical requirements, aesthetic standards, and stable operation. Furthermore, each business area within the shopping mall has its own unique design and usage needs, requiring the construction company to possess practical experience and flexible implementation capabilities.

Leveraging its expertise from numerous large-scale shopping mall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) general contracting projects nationwide, HVC Group has closely collaborated with the investor and relevant contractors to implement the project's various components. Immediately after receiving the full site, HVC quickly commenced construction, completing the MEP package at The Manor Tower Lao Cai, ensuring strict technical, quality, and schedule requirements were met. The system is currently undergoing trial operation and is expected to be handed over to the investor by the end of March 2026.

ATR manufacturing plant

The ATR manufacturing plant, covering approximately 3 hectares, is located in An Phat 1 Industrial Park in Nam Sach District, Hai Duong Province (formerly), now Hai Phong City. The plant is invested in by ATR Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) with a total capital of US$21 million, specializing in the assembly and production of electronic components, electrical equipment, toys, and plastic products. This is a key project aimed at building a modern industrial production facility that meets international standards for technology and the environment, contributing to economic development and creating more jobs for the local area.

In this project, HVC is constructing the air conditioning and compressed air systems (mechanical components) for the entire factory complex. Prior to this, at the end of September 2025, HVC completed the installation and handed over the second floor of the factory complex to support the plant's production activities. The remaining items, including the first floor of the factory, the second and third floors of the expert housing area, and the auxiliary area, are being constructed by HVC according to the site handover schedule from the construction contractor.

As soon as the site was handed over, HVC quickly organized the construction and installation of the remaining items, ensuring that the project was completed on schedule and according to technical requirements. The completion of the system has contributed to meeting the working and production needs of employees as well as the living needs of experts, creating conditions for the factory to quickly bring the production lines into stable operation.

According to HVC's management team at this project, unlike civil engineering projects, air conditioning and compressed air systems in industrial workshops require high technical standards to ensure a stable production environment, maintaining temperature, humidity, and pressure according to the operating standards of the production line. In addition, the compressed air system acts as a secondary energy source for the factory, providing a stable supply of compressed air to equipment and production lines. Here, HVC Group organized the construction systematically, strictly adhering to technical standards, ensuring the system operates stably, safely, and optimizes production efficiency for the factory after it becomes operational.

From the very beginning of 2026, the working and construction atmosphere at HVC Group has been vibrant, with many projects completed and handed over, along with new contracts signed. Determined to achieve breakthroughs in the new year, HVC is continuing to accelerate the implementation of other key projects to affirm its construction capabilities, practical experience, and brand reputation in the market.
