Designed as a "Vertical City," Galia Hanoi is not only a high-end apartment complex but also a unique architectural highlight, harmoniously combining green spaces and amenities within a single building. For this 33-story project, HVCgroup officially partnered with the investor Tan A Dai Thanh as the general contractor for the mechanical and electrical systems.
Over the past period, HVCgroup has continuously signed numerous general contractor contracts for high-rise MEP projects such as Happy Home Trang Cat, Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, Vinhomes Grand Park, Phenikaa University, Phenikaa Tower Hoa Lac, etc. Recently, HVCgroup's MEP construction capabilities were further recognized when the company was entrusted by Tan A Dai Thanh Group with the responsibility of being the general contractor for the Galia Hanoi project – a high-end apartment complex in the Southeast of Hanoi. Accordingly, HVC will construct all electrical, low-voltage, water supply and drainage, air conditioning, and fire protection systems for the basement, commercial center, and apartment areas.

Galia Hanoi (also known as Galia Dam Lieng) is located right on Do Muoi Street (in Yen So Ward, Hanoi) and is invested and developed by Tan A Dai Thanh. The project is built on a total area of 6,087 m², comprising one 33-story tower, including a 3-story podium and 3 basement levels. With 798 apartments of diverse sizes and types, from studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments to penthouses, Galia Hanoi meets diverse housing needs, suitable for singles, young families, and multi-generational families.
Galia Hanoi is intelligently and boldly designed based on the world-renowned "Vertical City" model, appearing for the first time in Hanoi. It boasts all the functions of a miniature city, creating a unique and upscale living experience for its residents. Here, every detail, amenity, and experience is designed to preserve precious moments, seamlessly integrating the freshness of nature, the exquisite design of the building, and the value of luxurious living into a distinct and memorable experience.

With a vision for sustainable development and experience in successfully implementing numerous real estate projects in the past, Tan A Dai Thanh Group has dedicated significant effort to creating Galia Hanoi as a new architectural icon in the former Hoang Mai district. After extensive research and careful evaluation, Tan A Dai Thanh Group decided to collaborate with HVC Group.
Due to the unique nature of a high-rise project integrating apartments, green spaces, and a range of amenities within a single building, the electrical and mechanical construction process faces stringent standards and numerous challenges regarding timelines and construction quality.

To meet the project requirements, HVCgroup is implementing a digital and integrated control approach, applying BIM, project management software, and AI-powered technologies in the shop drawing, coordination, and construction processes.
The development and implementation of BIM models helps HVC proactively control conflicts between technical systems, optimize construction plans, support quantity and material management, and minimize unforeseen issues during execution. This is also a method HVC has been applying in many projects, especially high-rise buildings with a high density of technical systems and demanding high levels of synchronization and close coordination during construction.

In particular, the continuous selection of large-scale projects recently demonstrates the trust and high regard of investors for HVC's construction organization capabilities, technical requirements, and experience in implementing complex MEP systems – placing it among the Top 10 reputable MEP contractors.
