At the CNCTech Glory project, spanning nearly 19 hectares in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province), HVCgroup is the general contractor for the construction of industrial workshops and technical infrastructure for four workshops: I19-1, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4. Within the scope of work, HVC is implementing all aspects simultaneously, from construction and finishing to mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and internal infrastructure and transportation.

In 2025, HVC will complete, inspect, and hand over workshops I19-1 and I19-4 to the investor CNCTech for operation as planned. Continuing this progress, HVC has just inspected and handed over two more workshops, I19-2 (workshop number 15) and I19-3 (workshop number 16).

Factory I19-3 has been handed over to the customer for operation

The two factory buildings, each three stories high and with a total floor area of approximately 15,000 m², utilize precast concrete frames, meeting requirements for durability and load-bearing capacity, while also helping HVC shorten construction time and control progress.

At factory I19-3, at the end of August 2026, HVC coordinated with the investor and relevant authorities to conduct inspections and acceptance testing of fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) work. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Bac – Deputy Commander of HVC at the project, the PCCC system was designed and installed according to current standards and regulations, integrating modern early warning and automatic fire extinguishing technology.

"After acceptance testing, the I19-3 factory was handed over to the tenant by the investor in early September 2026 and is now in operation, serving the production of fiber optic accessories and materials," Mr. Bac said.

Factory I19-2 is complete and ready for operation
