HVC Group performs General contractor of design, equipment supply and construction for project of Van Phuc complex building of office and trade center

HVC Group just has been designated as the General contractor of design, equipment supply and construction for the entire M&E items of the Van Phuc complex building of office and commercial center (Full name: Project of office and trade center complex for traditional trade villages development) invested by Van Phuc Investment And Services Trading Joint Stock Company.

Winning the bid of executing M&E items for the project of office and trade center complex for traditional trade village development has once again affirmed the position and brand of HVC Group in the field of M&E in Vietnam. Prior to that, HVC Group has already been M&E General contractor for several projects of the leading corporations in Vietnam such as: Sun Group, Vingroup; Muong Thanh, with big and high-grade M&E packages including: Vincom Mong Cai, Vinhomes Imperia Hai Phong; Vinhome, Vinhomes The Harmony Riverside; Vinhomes central Park; Vinhomes Golden River and so on.

As a key project in the West of Hanoi, project of Office and Trade Center Complex for traditional trade village development has a scale of 22 storeys (2 basements, 19 floors and 1 attic); Total construction area is about 14,120m². This project is located in an accommodation land with 3 pavements including To Huu street. Around the building is 5-star hotels and very crowded shop-house of Van Phuc village. Therefore, Van Phuc commercial center and office building is valued as the key project contributing to the development of Van Phuc traditional trade village in particular and economy of the Capital’s western region in general, thereby creating an impression point of modern architecture for a gateway to the center of Hanoi.
