Dantri "Waterpark – the effective investment trend in Vietnam”

Before, when talking about waterpark, people only think of water park in big city like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city. However, when the various model of waterpark with easier investment possibility started to appear in the market, more and more entertainment areas appeared as well.

Up until now, HVC Investment and Technology JSC., has completely set up 12 waterparks which account for more than a half of all the waterparks in Vietnam. HVC completed many construction such as Muong Thanh waterpark in Nghe An, DHC waterpark in Than Tai Mountain, Da Nang, the biggest waterpark of Vietnam in Phu Quoc, the most modern waterpark of South East Asia by Sungroup in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh waterpark…

All the equipment which is used in waterpark construction by HVC have the most modern  technology such as Astralpool – Spain, JDPools – Thailand. The filtration system is designed with circulatory filtration system, the modern antiseptic system ensures the standard of the waterpark water source.

In Muong Thanh waterpark Dien Lam, HVC provided the system of spiral water slide, high speed water slide, multi-lane slide, wave generating pool, wave surfing pool, sporty pool… with Europian standard, which made the tourists quickly get into the game and enjoy the most relaxing time in the cool water.

The designer team of HVC always try to bring the most unique and fresh construction. The center of waterpark is the wave generating pool, the kid swimming pool has all kinds of game which is also the irreplaceable category of a waterpark, the lazy river flow around for tourist to relax in it which is also a great choice, besides some high thrill games such as: twister, roller coaster, high speed slide, black hole space.. make it more unique and interesting for the tourists.

In order to invest in a waterpark, there are may things to consider, from the size of a big to a small waterpark. However, regardless of the level, the tourist attraction and economy effect it brings is unexpected, for some projects the waterpark bring the most revenue and the depreciation only happens in a few years, but for some other projects the waterpark is only a auxiliary construction but it still plays a role as a tourist atraction point and must be visit.

Continuing the success, HVC has just signed a contract for the project of waterpark in Hoi An. This is the 12^th waterpark designed, supplied and set up the equipment by HVC in Vietnam. The project situated at Binh Duong, Thang Binh, Quang Nam, with total investment value of 5.000 billion dong, 200ha wide. This is the biggest budget investment for waterpark in the middle area of Vietnam, which is why it will be a place of attraction after finishing when coming to Hoi An.

With continuous effort for nearly a decade of joining the market, besides the good feedback from clients, HVC company is nominated by many organizations with honourable prize: Golden Star ASEAN Corporation prize in “For A United and Developed ASEAN Society”; Glorified by Vietnam Intellectual Property Organization in “Top 100 famous brand of Vietnam 2016”.
