Joyful team building day of HVCGROUP 2017 “together we can”

During the last weekend of July at Song Hong Resort, HVC company had a memorable, exciting and joyful team building trip with the theme “Together we can”. Along with team work competition and HVC got talent show, the company’s members have enjoyed their best as HVC motto “Work hard – play hard”.

The trip started with the tug of war game, two teams of blue and orange under the command of each leader had showed the ultimate equal strength which lead to a no win situation and the match only ended when the rope broke into 2 peaces due to the hard struggle of two teams.

The next game is “co-operative step”. The leg of each member were tied to each other and the task was to get to the finishing line together fast.

The staff came from every division of different region (North – Middle – South), although they have not had the chance to work together but quickly became close to each other and team work effectively

Despite of being a game, the staff can learn how to cooperate with each other, respect leader, so that every impossible task can be done in the blink of an eye. From these two games, the judges of the competition have transfer a message: “if you want to go quickly, travel by your selft. If you want to go far away, travel with friends”.

During the night, the Gala dinner took place in a joyful and friendly atmosphere but also very dramatic. The managing board and staff had a discussion for a better understanding. The night became much more enjoyable with HVC got talent competition – where never know before voicesget a chance to shine. About 20 performances of solo, duet, group sing and funny drama had been performed in the contest.  Many members mentioned that this was the first time performing in public and very appreciate due to many encouragement and applause.

 The competition ended with an unprecedent result when all performances got rewarded

The next morning, the trip ended with a talk show “task solving skill”, during the talk show the staff could listen to managing board knowledge of plan, development target as well as experience and skills of problem solving. Furthermore, the managing board had listened to all discussion and propose of the staff. The talk show not only bring about the chance to learn and connect with each other but also an opportunity for everyone to look back to the time of devotion and working in HVC Group.

Lastly, farewell to Song Hong Resort, we came back to our public home of HVC, in the heart of each person is the lovely moment of a memorable and joyful trip.
