General contractor for the complete swimming pool system at Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don

To "give wings" to the values that the investor has diligently cultivated, HVC Group has been entrusted with the role of general contractor to design and construct the technology for the entire swimming pool system at Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don is situated along the shores of Bai Tu Long Heritage Bay, encompassing an area of 2.6 hectares in Ha Long Commune (Van Don District, Quang Ninh). This resort complex is the largest in the region, integrating accommodation, conference facilities, shopping, entertainment, sports, and nature exploration.

The project is funded by Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company, a member of Everland Group, and comprises five towers ranging from 28 to 40 stories in height. The design features modern architecture that resembles sails billowing in the wind, complemented by exquisite tropical gardens.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don boasts a range of exceptional amenities. The most notable are the outdoor infinity pool and the year-round swimming pool located on the fifth floor of Towers A and B. These pools are designed to seamlessly integrate with the stunning sea view, providing guests with a sense of tranquility and memorable experiences.

Atop the towers are the presidential suite and a luxurious penthouse designated for hosting heads of state, politicians, billionaires, and prominent business figures. Research indicates that these penthouses are outfitted with private swimming pools, ensuring 5-star relaxation experiences that meet international standards.

To facilitate the fulfillment of the investor's vision and ambitious expectations, HVC Group has recently been entrusted by Everland Van Don to execute the comprehensive contract package for the design and technological construction of the project's entire swimming pool system. This includes an outdoor infinity pool, a four-season swimming pool, and a series of rooftop swimming pools at the penthouses.
