Continuing to receive good news, HVC signs another contract to build a series of industrial factories with CNCTech

10/12/2025

With its ability to provide comprehensive general contracting services from design, construction, MEP installation, equipment manufacturing and supply to finishing and maintenance, HVC is gradually asserting its position as it strongly "transforms" into new areas of operation. Recently, after completing and handing over factory buildings I19-1 and I19-4 at the CNCTech Glory project, HVC was again entrusted by CNCTech to sign contracts for a series of industrial factory buildings under the CNCTech Dream project.

Amidst positive developments in the industrial real estate market towards the end of the year, HVC Group has just signed a series of new industrial factory construction contracts with CNCTech Group at the CNCTech Dream project (located in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province).

CNCTech Dream is one of CNCTech Group's strategic projects in the Ba Thien Industrial Park

It is known that at Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, CNCTech Group is implementing two key industrial factory projects: CNCTech Glory and CNCTech Dream. These projects are part of CNCTech's strategy to expand high-tech manufacturing in the northern region, focusing on the production and processing of mechanical products with a designed capacity of hundreds of thousands of products per year, while also providing factory space rental services.

The CNCTech Dream project, spanning nearly 22.8 hectares, comprises numerous factory buildings with a total construction area of over 12.7 hectares and a total floor area of 217,351 m2. The buildings have an average height of 1-5 stories, ranging from 5 to 27.2 meters, and are classified as Class II constructions. In addition to the factory buildings, the project also includes comprehensively invested supporting facilities such as: a guardhouse, a wastewater treatment plant, a pumping station, an underground wastewater treatment tank, and a fire fighting tank.

The factory system at CNCTech Dream is designed flexibly to meet diverse functions and purposes, and is divided into 5 groups, including: Typical Factory No. 1; Typical Factory No. 2; Typical Factory No. 3; Typical Factory No. 4; Typical Factory No. 5.

All factory projects undertaken by HVC have met deadlines and quality standards

According to the signed agreement, HVC will construct a series of factories at CNCTech Dream. As the general contractor, HVC's scope of work spans from the structural work to the finishing stages, including: foundation piling, factory floors, underground structures, frame structures, factory roofs, M&E (mechanical and electrical) systems, interior installation, and transportation infrastructure. Currently, HVC is urgently developing plans, preparing resources, and completing necessary tasks to be ready for project implementation.

Previously, in April 2025, at the CNCTech Glory project, HVC signed a general contractor contract for the construction of four industrial workshops I19-1, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4. According to the contract, HVC is responsible for the construction of the entire industrial workshop system, M&E (mechanical and electrical) systems, transportation infrastructure, and many other important items.

After a period of focused implementation, HVC has completed and handed over the I19-1 and I19-4 factory buildings to the investor CNCTech on schedule. Notably, both factory buildings were jointly developed by HVC and CNCTech using a green, smart, and efficient model, applying modern construction technology and optimizing operating costs for the secondary investor. Currently, HVC is constructing the I19-3 factory building (also known as factory building 16), located adjacent to the I19-1 and I19-4 factory buildings, a three-story building with a total floor area of up to 15,000m2.

HVC is currently constructing the I19-3 factory building at CNCTech Glory

Working directly on CNCTech's projects, Mr. Bui Quy Duong – Project Manager of HVC – said that although HVC Group has only recently ventured into the field of general contracting for industrial factory construction, the factories it builds always meet deadlines, quality standards, and are highly appreciated by investors for their safety, aesthetics, and stable operation. These key factors form a solid foundation for the two companies to continue expanding and deepening their strategic relationship with new contracts.

In addition, Mr. Duong also expressed his expectation that the number of factories undertaken by HVC in CNCTech Group's projects will continue to increase in the future, thereby affirming its role as a partner with investors in the development strategy of high-tech industrial clusters in Phu Tho in particular and the northern provinces in general.

With a team of high-quality engineers and workers, HVC is confident that it will continue to leave a positive mark at the CNCTech Dream factories

With a series of new contracts signed with CNCTech Group, it can be seen that in the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, HVC Group consecutively won four high-value general contractor projects for the construction of industrial workshops and M&E (mechanical and electrical) systems. This is an extremely positive sign, not only affirming the company's capabilities and breakthroughs but also demonstrating the confidence of major investors in HVC. At the same time, this event is also an important milestone that helps HVC close out 2025 impressively and opens up many great expectations for its business and production plan in 2026.

In addition to the two aforementioned projects in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, HVC is also partnering with CNCTech to implement the general construction package for factory buildings E10 and E11 at the UTI High-Tech Factory (Thang Long 2 Industrial Center, Phu Tho).

The E10 and E11 factory buildings constructed by HVC are entering their final stages of construction

Reports from the construction site indicate that the structural construction of the two factory buildings is currently about 95% complete. Fire protection system installation has been finished and is awaiting inspection by the relevant authorities. It is expected that HVC will complete and hand over factory buildings E10 and E11 to the investor by the end of December.
