Construction progress of HVC Group's projects as of the conclusion of the second quarter of 2025

Following a phase of vigorous implementation, numerous projects of HVC Group are now approaching their final stages, intensifying efforts to reach completion. In every project, HVC consistently demonstrates a commendable professional demeanor, exceptional construction capabilities, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining both progress and quality. These remarkable strengths have significantly enhanced HVC's reputation among investors.

CNCTech Excellence

At the CNCTech Glory project located in Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc Province, now part of Phu Tho Province, HVC serves as the general contractor responsible for the construction of industrial facilities and technical infrastructure for factories 12, I19-2, I19-3, and I19-4. HVC's specific responsibilities encompass foundation piles, factory flooring, underground constructions, reinforced concrete structural frameworks, factory roofing, M&E electrical and mechanical installations, interior fittings, guardhouses, and traffic infrastructure, among others.

With unwavering determination, HVC has recently mobilized resources to expedite the construction at factory I19-4 (also referred to as factory 17). To date, HVC is executing the fire protection project on floors 1, 2, and 3, achieving a completion progress of approximately 90%.

ATR Manufacturing Facility

At the ATR Factory, located in Nam Sach Industrial Park, Hai Duong Province, now part of Hai Phong City, HVC is developing air conditioning and pneumatic (mechanical) components for the entire factory area.

News from the construction site indicates that by the end of June 2025, the construction progress is projected to reach approximately 60%. Given the current pace of work, HVC is fully confident that the project will be completed on schedule.

Ngoc Hoi Electromechanics Office

HVC Group serves as the contractor for the mechanical and electrical systems of the MEP office in this project, encompassing the following components: electricity, low voltage electricity, water supply and drainage, and air conditioning (excluding fire protection) in Zones A and B.

For Zone A – Hoa Binh La Trobe School, HVC has finalized 100% of the construction and is currently in the inspection and revision phase. HVC is anticipated to transfer operations and commence usage prior to July 15.

For Zone B, HVC has essentially finalized the tasks and is currently addressing and rectifying any errors that have occurred. It is anticipated that on July 11, the investor will transfer the tables and chairs from the old office to Zone B, at which point HVC will proceed with the installation of electrical outlets and network sockets affixed to the desks.

Intercon Residences Ha Long Bay

In this coastal resort project, HVC serves as the primary technology contractor for the comprehensive system of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and landscape pools. The project encompasses a total of 32 swimming pools and 11 landscape pools, each designed with diverse functions, styles, and dimensions.

Following a period of implementation, HVC has successfully completed 30 swimming pools and 10 landscape pools and is currently conducting a trial run. Regarding the presidential swimming pool on the 10th floor, the swimming pool at the beach villas, and the landscape pool on the 10th floor of the hotel, HVC is still awaiting the construction site to proceed with installation.

Vinhomes Vu Yen

As previously reported, at Vinhomes Vu Yen, HVC has recently delivered the landscape swimming pool project in the Noble subdivision, along with the general contractor package for water supply and filtration technology for the VinWonders Royal City water park.

Regarding the nearly 1,000m2 crystal glass roof swimming pool in the Royal subdivision, HVC is currently in the final stages of implementation. It is anticipated that the water will be filled by July 10, with the project entering trial operation shortly thereafter. HVC aims to complete the entire package by July 15.

Sun Urban City

Following the delivery of the water park technology package for this project, HVC remains the general contractor for the construction of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in Subdivision 2 of the Urban Area of Era and Innovation.

In the second quarter, HVC successfully finalized the rough stormwater drainage project for lots BT12, BT13, BT14, BT15, and LK17. In the near future, the construction site will accelerate the completion of the lighting system along the 68-meter road axis and will be prepared to initiate subsequent projects immediately following the investor's handover of the site.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don

For this project, HVC serves as the general contractor responsible for the design and construction of the complete swimming pool system. By the end of June 2025, HVC will have finalized the equipment orders for the penthouse swimming pools and the technological piping for the indoor swimming pool located on the 5th floor. Presently, HVC is engaged in the construction of the heat pump piping for the penthouse swimming pools.

The Manor Lao Cai

At the upscale apartment complex and five-star hotel, The Manor Lao Cai, HVC executed the mechanical and electrical installations for the commercial center. HVC has successfully completed the electrical and ventilation systems on the first floor and is currently working on the ventilation system for the second floor.

Vuon Vua Resort and Villas

Recently, HVC has swiftly installed, finalized, and tested the hot mineral swimming pool system and Koi fish pond in the villas located in the Kim Lien Hoang Gia area.

In the 38-villa area, HVC is progressing with the completion and handover of phase 2 of the swimming pool and hot mineral water system. To date, 20 out of 38 villas have been installed and handed over.

Regarding the Vip Onsen area, the HVC Management Board announced that they are in the process of constructing a hot mineral swimming pool system and a hot mineral water system for the jar baths and medicinal baths.

Vinhomes Dream City

In the second quarter of 2025, HVC will proceed with the construction of two outdoor swimming pools for the project, specifically pools CX10 and CX11. At present, HVC has finalized the installation of equipment and mechanical systems for the pools and is awaiting the water supply for operational readiness.

Vinhomes Smart City

HVC was tasked with the construction of the landscape swimming pool in the F5CH03 internal area, which encompasses an adult pool, a children's pool, and a Jacuzzi pool offering hot water. By the conclusion of the second quarter, HVC had finalized the construction, performed a trial run, and was poised to hand over the swimming pool to the investor.

Additionally, the design and construction of the sauna and jacuzzi technology system in the utility area on the 2nd floor of the V7 building have been completed by HVC. HVC is currently preparing to hand over the facilities to the investor for use.

Vinhomes Ocean Park

HVC is developing the four-season swimming pool technology at Vinschool Inter-level School as part of the project. Recently, this component has been installed and completed by HVC, receiving approval from the supervising consultant. It is currently undergoing final adjustments in preparation for water filling and operational acceptance.

Additionally, HVC undertook the design, construction, and provision of technological equipment for the sauna and jacuzzi systems located in the utility area on the 20th floor of building R16. These components have been finalized and are now pending handover to the investor.
