Team Building HVC 2018: Deep feeling - Change for success

     During 02 days: July 28^th~29^th, Team Building HVC 2018 program on Tuan Chau Island - (Ha Long, Quang Ninh) has been successful. HVC family has experienced the emotions from explosion, sublimation to deep concentration. On top of that, the two short days have helped the HVC people to come closer, with the same will, same determination to change for success.

      There has been lots of rain in Hanoi in the final weeks of July, but on the departure day, the city suddenly burst into sunshine makes the first itinerary of the Team-building plan - Visiting the HVC factory in Hung Yen complete. The handshakes, the welcome smiles make the HVC people who come to the factory for the first time feel as close as they are back home. The most beautiful image is not the size of a modern and spacious plant, but it is the image of the workers at the factory who are still enthusiastically doing their jobs to ensure the progress of construct works even though the other members of the company are excited on the vacation.

     Tuan Chau welcomed The 3-region People of HVC with a gentle rain to ease the tension of the working days and release tireness of a long journey on bus. Following the rain, sunshine come out welcoming the HVCer’s full spirit in the Team-building activities. Over 100 members of the HVC family who were divided into 4 teams with humorous and lovely names of birds: Eagle, Cuckoo, Croaker and Eagle, overcame the dramatic games of "Fierce hurdles", "through the ditch"; "Rescue teammates", ... by turns. The games require the spirit of sacrifice, fearlessness of difficulty; the high concentration and sense of responsibility of the whole group, so all members understand that a single individual or group will find difficulties in achieving the goal. One most beautiful moment at the end of the program was that, in the last game named "Go find the treasure", suddenly came a torrential summer shower but HVC “soldiers” remained firm for "fighting" to “the last breath". HVC warriors fighting in the rain has touched all the witnesses, the image of the young HVC, a courageous spirit, fighting for the common goals.

      Mrs Trang from Supplying Dep. Shared in an eager mood that: "The HVC members are enthusiastic and aggressive in all of their challenges, and thus department barriers are no longer important at the moment as they all aim at a goal of solidarity to achieve the best results. After the team building, everyone was exhausted, all played hard, I am sure that all members have remembered each other and there is not any gap as before.

" Mrs Cuc - Accounting department happy.    Gala Dinner is the moment of connecting between the HVC people, together raising the cups, wishing for each other’s health together and saying out loud the HVC’s gala dinner Slogan: Unity - Change - Success. Beside, the attractive and surprise lottery drawing part also brings joy to everyone.

      Providing that Team-building and Gala Dinner were the boom moments, then the next morning seminar "Effective communication and negotiation skills" took place on the morning of July 29^th by coach - Doan Thu Nga (from ActionCOACH SOTA - a business training unit under ActionCOACH VIETNAM) brought people about deep feelings. Through the Coach, the HVCer has obtained a better understanding of themselves, about colleagues and leadership. This is also an opportunity for people to feel the importance of planning, of the need to change from the inside, the relationship between self-changing and the success of the team.

     The Team-building HVC 2018 program with motto "Change to Success" has left good impression and memories on each person. HVC People return to work with a spirit of determination, understanding each other, together create a professional working environment closely and friendly. We hope that all HVC members always keep the connection cord created in the program and are always going together towards a common goal.
