In addition to key construction sites that are being increasingly deployed, recently HVC Group has continued to sign and embark on construction of a series of bidding packages related to M&E mechanical and electrical engineering and high-end entertainment technology in Hanoi, Quang Ninh.

Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan

Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan, also known as Vinhomes Golden Avenue, has an area of 110 hectares and is an industrial and service urban complex located in Hai Hoa ward (Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh). The project is divided into 3 subdivisions with 3 completely separate styles: New York, Paris and Tokyo.

In the New York division, HVC has signed and implemented bidding packages, including: Construction of automatic landscape lawn watering system; Landscape swimming pool technology; Item waiting for underground M&E - 69 villas.

Currently, the technology for automatic lawn watering on a scale of 1,400m2 and landscape swimming pool of 1,600m2 has been quickly completed by HVC and is entering the trial operation phase. As for the underground M&E booking package, 23 villas have been handed over.

At the Paris subdivision of the project, HVC is also responsible for the installation of technology and Jaccuzi system for the 1800m2 landscape swimming pool. With this item, HVC has planned to prepare for construction, promising to complete it soon this year.

Eurowindow Twins Parks

Eurowindow Twins Parks has another name: Low-rise housing construction investment project for sale, parking lot construction at TQ5(2) auction land in Trau Quy town (Gia Lam, Hanoi). In 2022, at this project, HVC quickly completed and handed over to the investor the supply and installation of an outdoor swimming pool system including adult pools and children's pools with a total area of 413m3.

Recently, HVC continued to sign a contract to construct swimming pool technology at the garage area of Eurowindow Twins Parks. This swimming pool has a total area of about 600m3, and is considered one of the amenities that plays an important role in creating landscape and enhancing the project. Continuing to receive trust, HVC once again became the contractor to construct and install the fountain at the former headquarters of the Supreme People's Court (No. 48 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi). Accordingly, this fountain uses 16 sets of nozzles with nozzle equipment and LED lights imported entirely from Germany. In addition, the light color of the fountain is controlled and operated as desired, creating a unique highlight for the project. At present, this item has been completed by HVC.

Headquarters of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

In early October, HVC became a supplier of materials, construction and installation of landscape fountain systems at the headquarters of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Ton That Thuyet Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi). . This item is located in the center of the headquarters' back gate with a total of 3 ornamental tanks, fountains, using white foam nozzles and many equipment imported from Germany.

After signing the contract, the first work of the package is being implemented by HVC, expected to be completed and technology transferred in December this year.
