Here, HCV Group is the general contractor for the design, construction and installation of swimming pools and mud baths - one of the most expensive utilities of the project. Specifically, HVC is responsible for designing, constructing and installing 69 swimming pools including 64 apartment pools, 5 infinity pools (4 rooftop swimming pools, 1 landscaped swimming pool) and 10 mineral mud baths. It can be said that these two packages are the strength of HVC Group. With experience in implementing thousands of swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzis at resorts, villas and high-class resorts across the country, HVC has successfully "reached the finish line" and is handing it over to the investor.

HVC is ready to conquer all difficulties

In order to help our partners, shareholders and customers better understand the design, construction and installation process of swimming pools and mud baths of HVC Group at APEC Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne, we had an interview. Specifically with Mr. Nguyen Tuyen Tuan – Project Leader:

- Hello sir! Can you tell me when HVC Group started working on this project?

HVC officially executes 2 packages of swimming pool and mineral mud bath from December 1, 2021. During the working process, HVC was created by the investor with many favorable conditions to complete the bidding package. However, we still faced many difficulties.

At the end of 2021 - early 2022, complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic made the handover of the site to receive construction not as expected. Materials and equipment that HVC uses to install swimming pools and mud baths are mainly imported goods, so the process of transporting goods at home and abroad encounters many obstacles. Besides, Binh Thuan's weather is quite harsh with 2 distinct seasons, half the year is sunny and windy, and the other half of the year there is heavy rain, which has partly affected the construction progress.

However, with the responsibility and prestige of HVC, we overcame them all. The technical and supervisory team always closely monitors each item to ensure it is on schedule as well as fully meets the quality criteria in every detail, even the smallest.

- Can you share more about the types of swimming pools HVC implements here?

- As mentioned, at APEC Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne, HVC is responsible for the design, construction and installation of 69 swimming pools. With 64 apartment swimming pools, there are 48 pools with a volume of 6m3, 16 pools of a volume of 4m3, all of which are equipped with a Jacuzzi massage system to bring a sense of relaxation and comfort to users. Four infinity swimming pools on the roof have a real volume of 200m3, especially the infrastructure infinity pool occupies the largest volume of 300m3.

- What about the technology of mineral mud baths, sir?

- HVC built a total of 10 mineral mud baths, accommodating about 80 guests at the same time. In this category, the most difficult part is how to treat high quality sludge. But with a team of highly specialized engineers in the field of technology, HVC has "deciphered" all difficult problems, completed the system well and delivered the expected quality sludge.

Here, the raw mud and mineral water taken from the spring will be loaded into the high-speed mixer to form a mixture of mineral mud. After that, the mineral mud is further treated to help the sludge swell completely and resist settling. Going through the filtration process, the sludge is pumped through a UV sterilizer, heated, and becomes a finished slurry. When guests sit in the bath, the finished sludge will be pumped up for use. After bathing is complete, the finished sludge becomes a pending sludge, which is recovered to the sludge return tank.

Returned sludge will be disinfected, mineralized, heated and turned into finished sludge for further use. When it is no longer possible to reuse, at this time the returned sludge called right sludge and is taken to the sludge treatment area of the system.

- What is HVC's part in this project now?

- We are still conducting instructions on operation, handing over and transferring technology according to the investor's plan, which is expected to be completed this June.

Under the signed contract, HVC will perform 12 months warranty for the swimming pool system and 24 months for the mineral mud bath. At the same time, we are committed to providing technology support whenever the investor requests it.
