Following the water park, HVC was entrusted with the contract for the construction of the infrastructure for phase 2 of the Urban Area of Era and Innovation

At Sun Urban City Ha Nam, HVC Group has recently made a significant impact on investors, leaving a favorable impression through the implementation of the water park package within the Theme Park, integrated with residential developments. With a strong reputation, HVC Group has recently been awarded a contract by Sun Group to construct the infrastructure system for phase 2 of the Urban Area of Era and Innovation.

Sun Urban City Ha Nam represents a premier urban complex located at the southern gateway of the capital, developed by Sun Group. Designed as a "Suburban resort city with 1,001 amenities," Sun Urban City Ha Nam offers a sophisticated and ideal living environment characterized by modernity while also preserving the cultural heritage that defines the region.

The project encompasses an area of up to 405 hectares situated in Phu Ly City (Ha Nam Province) and comprises three component projects: a theme park integrated with residential housing (26.05 hectares), the Bac Chau Giang Ecological Urban Area (176 hectares), and the Urban Area of the Era and Innovation (202.8 hectares).

The Urban Area of Era and Innovation is segmented into three sub-areas, designed to evolve into a hub of innovation, featuring office buildings, research centers, startups, and business support services. This will serve as a nexus for high-tech enterprises and research and development centers, significantly contributing to the economic and technological advancement of the region.

In November 2024, at Sun Urban City Ha Nam, HVC was appointed as the contractor for a section of the water park within the Theme Park integrated with residential development (Sun World Ha Nam). Throughout the collaboration, HVC demonstrated its capabilities, reputation, and professionalism, leaving a lasting positive impression. This has been a crucial factor in enhancing HVC's standing with the investor and securing continued trust.

Most recently, HVC Group has been entrusted by Sun Group to proceed with the construction of the infrastructure system for the Urban Area of Era and Innovation. Specifically, HVC will provide materials and oversee the construction of the complete electrical system, water supply and drainage, and fire protection system in subdivision 2.

Currently, HVC is allocating resources to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure package in preparation for implementation. Regarding the water park package, HVC continues to make progress in construction, with completion and handover anticipated by March 30.
