In the early days of 2024, the working atmosphere across HVC Group's construction sites was urgent and exciting. With available potential, human resources and brand reputation, HVC Group continues to complete and hand over many M&E mechanical and electrical contracts and high-end entertainment technology packages at The Horizon Bay, Vinhomses Mong Cai Bac Luan, Vuon Vua Resort & Villa, Headquarter of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Horizon Bay

Located in the Halong Marina resort complex, Horizon Bay possesses the only "gateway of the gateway" location in the heritage city. The project includes nearly 300 adjacent villas, townhouses, and shophouses invested by BIM Group, aiming to contribute to "igniting" the real estate market in Ha Long (Quang Ninh).

In this project, HVC Group is the contractor constructing the electrical and water systems for 261 townhouses and shophouses. According to planning, Horizon Bay's townhouses and shophouses are 5 floors high. In particular, floors 1-2 are business shophouses, floors 3-4 are expected to be designed into hotels with about 2-3 rooms. Due to different uses, the construction process of electricity and water systems on each floor is not uniform. With practical experience in many M&E mechanical and electrical projects nationwide, HVC not only completed the bidding package according to schedule but also achieved the expected quality. Currently, this package has been handed over by HVC to the investor for use.

Completing the work at Horizon Bay, HVC Group continues to cooperate with BIM Group on the InterContinental Residences project (Ha Long) with the general contractor package for constructing the entire swimming pool system, Jacuzzi, and miniature pools. To date, this technology package has been deployed by HVC about 20%.

Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan

With a total area of 116 hectares planned into 3 subdivisions New York, Paris, Tokyo including rows of trendy townhouses and shophouses, Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan (also known as Vinhomes Golden Avenue) is truly quenching the "thirst" Luxury real estate for investors and residents of border cities.

It is known that in the coming time, HVC will still accompany Vinhomes Mong Cai Bac Luan through the construction and installation package of technology and Jaccuzi system for the 1800m2 landscape swimming pool in the Paris subdivision.

Vuon Vua Resort & Villa

Holding the number 1 position in the Vietnamese market in the field of design, construction and installation of swimming pools, HVC is a well-known general contractor at Vuon Vua Resort & Villa when responsible for constructing swimming pool technology and hot mineral water supply. for hundreds of villas and shophouses. In addition, HVC also constructs a series of other technology items such as Koi fish tank, mineral spring - onsen swimming pool, water playground... in this project.

As informed, a while ago HVC completed construction and handed over to investor Thang Long Invest many important items. In December 2023 and early 2024 alone, HVC Group handed over and put into use the entire swimming pool technology system and hot mineral water supply for 41 villas in Truong Sinh, Son La, ICIC TL19.01 -TL19.23, ICTC TL20.01-TL21.05. Completed phase 1 of installing 100% hot mineral water supply system for 81 Shophouse units. Completing phase 1 of installing the swimming pool technology system and hot mineral water supply for 37 villas in Anh Phat TL22.01-TL22.19, Anh Phat TL23.15-TL23.32 areas.

The construction site said that in the next phase, HVC Group will deploy many important packages such as swimming pool technology, Jacuzzi, hot mineral swimming pool, dry sauna system, wet sauna system... in other areas of the Park. King Resort & Villas.

Headquarters of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE)

With high aesthetics, showing modernity and luxury, in recent years, effervescent fountains have been widely used in large-scale projects, often appearing in ecological areas, campuses, and halls. of high-rise buildings.

At the central location of the back gate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Ton That Thuyet Street, Hanoi), an effervescent fountain was also designed to adorn the landscape of the headquarters campus. In this category, HVC is the supplier of materials and installation of systems for 3 aquariums and fountains.

After a short period of construction, HVC has quickly completed the package and is running a trial run. Accordingly, the fountain at the headquarters of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment uses 18 effervescent nozzles, all items use 6mm thick stainless steel pipes to prevent rust. Nozzle equipment and LED lights are completely imported from Germany. The unique highlight of the fountain is the water columns with a maximum height of about 1.5m with light colors that automatically change flexibly as desired. It is expected that before Lunar New Year 2024, HVC Group will hand over this item.
