Recently, HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company (HVC Group - HVH) announced the signing and execution of several swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna packages for projects in Hanoi and Hai Phong, developed by investor Vingroup (HoSE: VIC).

At the Royal subdivision of the Vinhomes Vu Yen project in Hai Phong, HVC Group has entered into a contract for swimming pool and Jacuzzi technology. The swimming pool complex features a 700m2 adult pool and a 58m2 children's pool, along with various amenities, including two hot water Jacuzzi pools, a relaxation area, and a children's play area.

Next, in the Noble subdivision, HVC Group will implement the swimming pool technology package, including a Jacuzzi, for the landscape swimming pool measuring nearly 600m2.

For the Vinhomes Ocean Park project in the Gia Lam district of Hanoi, HVC Group has recently secured the contract for the four-season swimming pool at Vinschool Ocean Park Inter-level School. The swimming pool encompasses a total area of 312m2 and is designed in the style of a competitive swimming pool featuring five lanes.

Additionally, HVC Group secured the contract to design, construct, and supply technological equipment for the sauna and jacuzzi system in the utility area on the 20th floor of building R16 within the Vinhomes Ocean Park project. The project encompasses two jacuzzis, a salt stone compress area, two saunas designated for men and women, and two pre-installed modular jacuzzis, each accommodating 2-3 individuals.

Recently, HVH secured the contract for the landscape swimming pool category within the internal area of F5CH03. The landscape swimming pool spans over 300 square meters and features an adult pool, a children's pool, and a Jacuzzi that offers hot water around the clock.

Additionally, in the utility area on the second floor of the V7 building, HVC Group will implement a project to design and construct a sauna and jacuzzi technology system. This project encompasses two Jacuzzis and two sauna areas, featuring both wet and dry saunas for men and women. Presently, HVC is awaiting the construction unit to transfer the site in order to commence construction.
