20/07/2021

Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne is the next "super resort" HVC Group accompanies Sunshine Group in 2021, as the general contractor for the construction of electricity, lighting and telecommunications infrastructure.

Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne is the first international standard 6-star sea-mountain resort villa project in Phan Thiet, and is the latest initiative in the Sunshine Group's chain of resorts dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage. Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne, aimed at the Vietnamese elite, has an impressive natural terrain of mountain-based, water-facing terrain, located on Hon Rom hill and embracing the most beautiful strait in Phan Thiet. Proprietors can easily view the long white sand beaches, listen to the calm waves of the sea, or immerse themselves in "private" parties on a luxury 6-star yacht from their hillside villas.

Perspective of the 6* Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne project

Sunshine Group pioneered the concept of "resort in resort" with Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne, which is only found in the world's most expensive opulent resorts. The project covers an area of 85 hectares and is divided into six subdivisions with costly views and high-class services "tailored" to each proprietor. The investor has created resort villas with an area of several thousand square meters, similar to a garden mansion, with private swimming pools, panoramic glass, and exclusive facilities such as VIP Restaurant, Music Square, Pool Bar, Sky Clubhouse, Party Club House, Spa & Wellness... This is also the location of Vietnam's first 36-hole golf course in the iconic St.Andrews Links (Scotland) - home to the world's oldest golf history, and the desire of every professional golfer.

In the Sunshine Heritage Mui Ne project, the HVC Group continues to be chosen by Sunshine Group as the general contractor in the 65 hectar (out of a total area of 85 hectares) subdivision for the construction of electricity, lighting and telecommunications infrastructure. Previously, the capacity of HVC Group was confirmed when accompanying Sunshine Group on many aspects of the Sunshine Heritage Resort Phuc Tho Hanoi project, including: general contractor for electrical, lighting, and telecommunications infrastructure construction; general contractor for the construction of the M&E system. The project seller includes: electrical system installation; installation of water supply and drainage systems; installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems; installation of fire fighting systems; construction of fountains and swimming pools for vendors and sample apartments at the project.

In the midst of a complex epidemic situation, the consecutive signing of large projects with prestigious partners such as Sunshine Group is one of the positive signals, demonstrating strong internal strength as well as business adaptability in the context of the new normal, and thus meeting the set business goals.
