HVC Group continues to design and construct series of Vingroup swimming pools

Beside the key constructions that are being increasingly deployed, recently HVC Group continues to sign and begin executing many tenders of swimming pools, jacuzzis, and sauna rooms at Vingroup projects in Hanoi and Hai Phong.

Vinhomes Vu Yen

Vinhomes Vu Yen has an area of ​​877 hectares, constructed by Vingroup on Vu Yen island, Hai Phong City. The project is divided into 11 subdivisions with diverse product types and outstanding utility systems.

In the Hoang Gia subdivision - which possesses a prosperous position, the investor brings a cluster of super-class amenities. Among them, the most signature is the crystal glass roof swimming pool.

Next, in the Noble subdivision - a subdivision highly appreciated for its location with the outside facing the river and facing the sea on the inside, HVC Group will carry out a swimming pool and Jacuzzi technology tender for a nearly 600m2 landscape swimming pool. This is considered as one of the most expensive amenities that contributes to creating a luxurious, precious and unique quality of resort life.

Vinhomes Ocean Park

At Vinhomes Ocean Park (Gia Lam district, Hanoi), HVC Group has executed many large-scale tenders for the M&E general contractor and the technology & high-end entertainment equipment general contractor.

Recently, HVC was assigned the 4-season swimming pool tender at Vinschool Ocean Park High School. The swimming pool has a total area of ​​312m2, taken after a competition swimming pool with 5 swimming lanes. Along with meeting teaching and learning needs, this swimming pool can also organize tournaments at school level and Vinschool system level.

With the Vinschool system, HVC is an experienced unit that has deployed many 4-season swimming pools such as: Vinschool Time City, Vinschool Grand Park, Vinschool Smart City, VinUni.

Also at Vinhomes Ocean Park, HVC also secured a contract to design, construct, and supply technology equipment for sauna room and jacuzzi systems at the utility area on the 20th floor of building R16. The project includes 2 Jacuzzis, salt ice area, 2 sauna rooms for men and women, 2 pre-installed modular Jacuzzis with a capacity of 2 - 3 people. This is a health utility invested to improve the quality and living experience of residents of Hanoi's leading complex.

Vinhomes Smart City

Previously, HVC also executed construction of more than 10 M&E mechanical and electrical tenders, swimming pools, fountains... at the Vinhomes Smart City project.

Recently, HVC continued to win the tender for the landscape swimming pool project in the F5CH03 internal campus. The landscaped swimming pool is more than 300m2 wide, including an adult pool, a children's pool and a Jacuzzi providing hot water 24/24.

Not stopping there, at the utility area on the 2nd floor of V7 building, HVC will be responsible for executing the design and construction tender of sauna room and Jacuzzi technology systems. The package includes 2 Jacuzzi tubs, 2 sauna areas including wet sauna and dry sauna for men and women. Currently, HVC is waiting for the other unit to hand over the site to begin the construction.

It can be seen that over the years, HVC has been considered as the "main" contractor of Vingroup when accompanying and cooperating in many projects across the country. Accordingly, summarizing the first 9 months of 2024, the Company's consolidated revenue reached 290.52 billion, an increase of 116.44 billion, equivalent to an increase of 1.67 times compared to the consolidated revenue of the first 9 months of 2023. Consolidated profit after tax reached over 23.16 billion, an increase of 14.14 billion, equivalent to an increase of 2.56 times compared to the consolidated profit after tax of the first 9 months of the year 2023.
