HVC Group hands over phase 1 of sauna technology - cold snow sauna at Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh

Recently, HVC has completed and handed over phase 1 of hot and cold sauna technology for 70 villas at Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh (Quang Ninh). This is considered one of the important milestones of HVC in the high-end entertainment equipment market.

The expensive point of the project lies in the complex of 170 villas leading directly to the precious source of hot mineral from Quang Hanh nature to the bedroom, with a full tank/room system. This place ensures that you can take an onsen bath at any time according to the correct process from bathing, hot mineral bath to sauna and ending with cold snow bath. Accordingly, HVC Group undertakes the supply and installation of complete hot sauna and cold snow sauna technology for the entire project.

Over the years, the technology of hot steam (also known as sauna steam) has been implemented by HVC in many projects across the country, so the construction process is not difficult. With cold fumigation, HVC is one of the pioneers to bring this technology to Vietnam. Although the design and construction are not much, but because of frequent access to new technology, HVC employees still deploy effectively, completing phase 1 as required by the investment side.

At Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, 100% of villas including single, quadrangle, and duplex are invested by Sun Group in hot sauna technology. With the area of the steam room like today, it takes 45 minutes to operate, the temperature will reach 80 degrees Celsius. This is the ideal temperature to help eliminate toxins, bringing many health benefits to the user.

Meanwhile, the technology of freezing snow is only equipped by the investor for single and quadrangle villas. At an interval of 50 minutes, the room temperature drops to the standard level of 5-6 degrees Celsius. At this time, the entire copper pipe running around the room will be covered with cold snow, giving the owner an enjoyable experience. and the same class as the nobility and upper class in Japan.

Therefore, the completion and handover of phase 1 including 70 villas is considered a success and an important milestone for HVC in applying new technology.”

Currently, HVC has perfected the technology of hot and cold saunas for the remaining 100 villas in Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3. It is expected that in October, it will conduct acceptance test and hand over 53 villas. . Others are in the process of commissioning, testing, detecting and fixing errors if any.

Recently, in addition to sauna and cold sauna technology, HVC Group has completed and handed over phase 1 of the largest water music project in Southeast Asia at The Global City.
