HVC Group completed and handed over many packages of high-class entertainment equipment at Vinhomes Dai An

And of course, it is impossible not to mention the high-class entertainment equipment packages at the Vinhomes Dai An project (also known as Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 - The Crown).

Vinhomes Dai An is located in 2 districts of Van Giang and Van Lam (Hung Yen province), owns a full range of villas, townhouses, shophouses, high-rise apartments, commercial and service areas. This place is likened to a perfect ecological garden - a dream residence with a series of high-class facilities arranged in harmony: the world's largest artificial wave pool, 8ha air-conditioning lake, high water park 45m and a complex of parks, 4-season bays, Tropical Paradise indoor and outdoor more than 12ha.

As reported, here, HVC won the bid and at the same time deployed many packages of high-class entertainment equipment, including: Construction of 2 Olympic-standard outdoor swimming pools with an area of ​​1000m2 and respectively. 2500m2; supply and install technology of salt water filtration system, supply salt and create salt in indoor swimming pools in Dai An Cultural Center Park; deploying the Kid's tank water filtration system, the water filtration and supply system on the slide of the 4-lane slide of the mini water park; construction of canvas swimming pool and water playground.

In addition, HVC is the main M&E M&E contractor for the main road infrastructure for sales of the project.

In order to help our partners, shareholders and customers better understand the construction process of high-end entertainment equipment packages of HVC Group at Vinhomes Dai An, we discussed specifically with Mr. Quoc Bao – Project leader:

- Hello sir! Vinhomes Dai An project, HVC simultaneously executed many bidding packages, leaving an important mark. As the commander in chief, what do you think about the scale of the project as well as the role of HVC here?

- Mr. Pham Quoc Bao: Vinhomes Dai An is one of the key real estate projects with a total planning area of ​​293.96ha with an investment of about 32,661 billion VND. Together with Vinhomes Dream City, the presence of Vinhomes Dai An has been creating the most modern dual urban area in Hung Yen.

In this project, HVC has been assigned many infrastructure items, especially the water park technology, competition swimming pool and saltwater swimming pool with auxiliary technology works of the central park. By winning more than half of the bidding packages at the central park, HVC has partly proved its role, capacity and reputation in the high-end entertainment technology market.

- Starting to implement the bidding packages from the end of May 2022, could you tell us during the working process, what difficulties and obstacles does HVC face?

- It can be seen very clearly that most of HVC's construction works take place outdoors. This is considered the biggest difficulty and obstacle because from the end of May until now, the weather has been very harsh, with erratic rain and sunshine. Especially, Hung Yen is also one of the central areas affected by storms No. 1, 2 and 3. This significantly affects the site work and our construction progress. However, with their efforts, HVC's employees have overcome difficulties, constructed quickly, and ensured that the bidding packages "reach the destination" on time, and are trusted by the investor.

- Swimming pool is one of HVC's long-standing forte areas. Compared to smart swimming pools, four seasons, infinity... then what should be paid attention to, sir, when constructing a swimming pool according to Olympic standards?

- With more than 10 years of experience in the field of swimming pool design and construction, HVC is always confident to meet strict standards from the investor.

Construction of outdoor swimming pools according to Olympic standards should pay special attention to the design, height and especially the quality according to the applied standards, large pool capacity with water volume of nearly 10 thousand m3. The process of construction of the rough part must ensure standard requirements on details, combined with phased construction to ensure the quality of the swimming pool. However, the above factors are not a difficulty, but an opportunity for HVC to demonstrate its capacity.

- So now, what is HVC's part in this project?

- Although many technology packages have been completed, HVC still conducts inspection, testing and treatment of water at the competition swimming pool and park complex with game systems, slides, and water playgrounds. This work aims to ensure the best standards and aesthetics for visitors and residents to have enjoyable experiences.

The above items HVC handed over to the investor from September 18-22 and appointed permanent staff at the project to coordinate work and guide operation. Particularly for the indoor saltwater swimming pool, the investor delayed the handover to November this year.
