To help our partners and customers better understand HVC Group's construction process at this project, we had a detailed discussion with Mr. Duong Van Quang - Deputy Project Manager of HVC:
- Hello sir! What work is HVC currently undertaking in the water park project?
- Mr. Duong Van Quang: At Blanca Vung Tau Water Park, HVC was entrusted by the investor with the most important items, including: Installing the mechanical parts of games C2, C3, C4, C7, C8, C13, C18.2 (lazy river); Constructing the electromechanical systems for the MECH rooms, substations, electrical rooms and auxiliary areas; Providing solutions and constructing the water filtration system for 2 landscape canals.

To date, all of the aforementioned items have been completed and handed over to the operating unit by HVC according to the schedule set by the investor.
- During the construction process, did HVC encounter any difficulties or disadvantages, sir?
- During the implementation process, we encountered several difficulties. First, there was the time constraint; the tight schedule, coupled with the vast project site, required our staff and workers to work three shifts continuously each day. In addition, the large and diverse workload necessitated the simultaneous construction of multiple project components.
Currently, HVC has handed over the water park facilities to the investor
Furthermore, weather conditions in Vung Tau are sometimes unfavorable, affecting outdoor construction work. Coordinating with multiple contractors simultaneously also places high demands on coordination. Faced with these challenges, HVC Group proactively developed a detailed plan, strengthened on-site supervision, and promptly addressed any issues that arose, ensuring that the overall project progress was not affected.
- How did HVC implement and "race against time" in the "25-day water park handover campaign before Lunar New Year" launched by the investor?
- The "25-day and night campaign to hand over the water park before the Lunar New Year" was a huge challenge, due to the large volume of work, high technical requirements, and extremely tight deadline. In response to the campaign, HVC mobilized all its resources, from engineers and workers to machinery and equipment, and organized continuous construction day and night.

We implemented a phased construction approach, breaking down the project into smaller items for parallel implementation, ensuring both timely progress and strict quality control. The site management team was on duty 24/7 to supervise, coordinate, and promptly collaborate with the investor and relevant contractors. Thanks to our determination and high sense of responsibility, HVC completed the project on schedule, handing it over in time for operation before the Lunar New Year, meeting the investor's expectations.
- Based on what has been demonstrated at the project, how has the investor evaluated HVC?
- During the project implementation, the investor gave very positive feedback on HVC. First of all, HVC demonstrated outstanding design and construction capabilities, especially in complex technical aspects. The investor acknowledged that HVC not only ensured the construction progress but also maintained a high level of quality, meeting stringent requirements for safety and aesthetics.
