Sunshine Heritage Resort project: HVC Group continues to be assigned the infrastructure power package by the investor

After becoming the general contractor for the construction of the M&E system of the shophouse, the sample house and the contractor for the construction of fountains and swimming pools of the Sunshine Heritage Resort project, HVC Group (HOSE: HVH) continued to be assigned by the investor as a contractor for infrastructure package here.

Sunshine Heritage Resort is the first 4.0 smart eco-resort urban area in Hanoi developed by Sunshine Group according to the model of preserving typical cultural values of 5 continents. With the position of Top 5 prestigious M&E contractors in Vietnam, in March 2021 HVC Group was appointed as the general contractor for the construction of the M&E system, the project seller includes: electrical system installation; installation of water supply and drainage systems and sanitation; installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems; install fire extinguishing systems. Along with that, HVC Group is also trusted by the investor to assign the general contractor to construct fountains, swimming pools for sellers and model apartments at the project. This is one of the strengths of HVC Group - the leader in the high-end entertainment industry in the market.
