Maldison Ho Tram project: HVC Group continues to be appointed by the investor to contractor for the swimming pool system

After completing the construction and installation of the sample tank group, recently, HVC Group continues to be selected by the investor as the general contractor for the construction of 36 villa swimming pools under the Madison Ho Tram resort project.

Madison Ho Tram resort is invested by Madison Land Co., Ltd. as an investor. The project is on an area of ​​6 ha in Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The goal of the project is to build a tourist resort including a hotel area, a resort villa, and an entertainment area to serve the needs of tourists. Maldison Ho Tram has a total investment of more than 288 billion VND, according to the progress, by June 2022 the project will be completed and put into operation.

Swimming pool system of the project includes: 01 main swimming pool with capacity of 806.63 m3; 31 swimming pools of Villa type 1 with a capacity of 54.72m3 and a Jacuzzi key 2 with a volume of 3.0m3; 21 swimming pools in Villa type 2 with capacity of 45.48m3 and Jacuzzi key 2, Jacuzzi key 3 comes with a volume of 3.0m3.

Starting to participate in the project at the end of 2019 with the items of supplying equipment, constructing and installing the sample swimming pool system, up to now, HVC Group has completed the work under the contract and is ready to prepare personnel. , engineering for the next phase of the project.
