Cooperation with APEC Group - Construction of a series of "huge" projects from North and South

In the North: APEC Mandala Sky Villas (Kim Boi - Hoa Binh) is a health treatment resort complex from natural hot minerals that brings a luxurious and classy lifestyle. With a total planned area of nearly 60,000 m2, APEC Mandala Sky Villas consists of three main subdivisions: 7-storey 137-unit hotel, 48 villas and 1,005 overhead villas, of which 20% of aerial villas are favored by the investor to put hot mineral circuits into the swimming pool,  bringing moments of relaxation, cherishing full health in the majestic sky. In the Central – APEC Mandala Wyndham Phu Yen Project: HVCgroup is a contractor for the construction of the swimming pool system on the 6th floor and the roof of the Codotel building.

In the South: at APEC Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne HVCGroup is the general contractor for construction of 54 swimming pools of all kinds; design, supply, installation and construction of mineral mud baths and spas.

Located in a prime location on the coast of Tien Thanh in Phan Thiet Bay, Binh Thuan, NovaWorld Phan Thiet project is a modern and world-class resort and leisure tourism city with a scale of nearly 1,000ha implemented by Novaland investor. At the project, HVCgroup is the general contractor of Danko Plaza Commercial Center. Danko City urban area has a total area of up to 50ha, an investment of VND 1,300 billion. The project is built as the most modern urban area in Thai Nguyen with a lot of utilities. Danko City was awarded the most beautiful landscaped urban area project in Vietnam.
